1. What SouqView is

SouqView gives you real and delayed market data, AI-generated insights, and learning tools for publicly listed companies. It is built for education and practice.

We are not a broker, investment advisor, or licensed financial institution. Nothing in the app is financial advice, and using it does not create an advisor relationship. You keep full control of, and responsibility for, your own decisions.

2. Using the AI

SouqView uses AI to provide summaries, sentiment and projections. When you use it, please keep in mind:

• AI can be wrong. AI models can occasionally produce content that looks factual but is not. Always check important outputs against official filings before acting.
• Projections, not guarantees. Ratings and price targets are estimates based on historical data, not promises of future performance.
• Timing. AI analysis may not reflect breaking news or sudden market moves.

We obtain market data through authorized third-party providers and are not affiliated with the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

We do not guarantee the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. MASA 71 SPC LLC is not liable for interruptions or data delays caused by cloud outages, third-party failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual property

MASA 71 SPC LLC owns SouqView, including its AI systems, layouts, design and branding, registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism (Certificate No. 1816-2026). You may not:

• Copy, clone or scrape app content.
• Resell signals or data taken from the app.
• Build bots, APIs or competing products based on SouqView.
• Reverse-engineer any part of the app.
• Impersonate others or use the app to spread misinformation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASA 71 SPC LLC's total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. For free users, this amount is AED 0.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Sharing your practice activity

When you create an account or sign in, you agree that we may share what you do inside your practice portfolio with third parties such as brokerages, market makers, exchanges and research firms, including through an API. That covers your simulated trades, the positions you hold, when you open and close them, the symbols and markets you follow, and how long you spend in the app.

If you do not want your practice activity shared, do not create an account, and stop using SouqView. There is no version of the app that works without it.

• Never your identity. Your name, email address, phone number, country, IP address and device identifiers are never shared. Records carry a random identifier instead, so a recipient can follow one anonymous account over time without knowing whose it is.
• Practice, not real money. All trading in SouqView is simulated. This describes how you learn in a sandbox, not real holdings, real wealth or any real account.
• Recipients are bound. Anyone we share with is contractually barred from trying to re-identify you, from selling the data onward, and from using it for anything outside the purpose we agreed.
• Stopping it. Deleting your account stops any further sharing. What was already sent cannot be recalled from a recipient's systems, which is why the limits above are contractual.
• People, separately. This section is about companies. Three kinds of person at SouqView can see a practice portfolio, and one of them is a consultant you chose to show it to. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy says who, when, and for how long.
