Our hiring process
How hiring works
Four steps over about three weeks. A person reads every application, and no one is turned down by a machine.

Before you apply
Do I need to know about investing?
Yes. SouqView teaches investing, so everyone on the team needs a solid grasp of how markets and investing work. Depth in your own craft matters just as much.
Are the roles remote?
Yes, remote-first for people living in the UAE, with on-site days in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Al Ain when the work needs it.
How are the roles paid?
A monthly stipend, commission and equity in SouqView, with the terms set out in your offer. The lead roles are freelance, for people who hold their own UAE freelance visa or licence. We review the stipend when SouqView raises funding.
How long does hiring take?
About three weeks from application to decision. We reply at every step.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Start with the one that fits best, and we will suggest the other if it suits you better.
Is there anything for students?
Yes. The Campus Ambassador programme is open now to students at UAE universities and colleges: part-time, around your studies, and paid per result.
How is my data used?
Only to assess your application. We keep it for 12 months and delete it whenever you ask.
Will SouqView ever ask me for money?
Never. There are no fees at any stage of hiring.
SouqView never charges fees during hiring and only contacts candidates from souqview.ae email addresses. Anything else that claims to be us is not.
