About SouqView
SouqView is a bilingual, gamified investing app that helps first-time investors in the UAE learn, practise with virtual money and build confidence across UAE and US markets. Short lessons, levels and friendly competitions keep people coming back. We are a small, AI-native team headquartered in the UAE, working with universities, banks and market institutions.
About the role
You will be the first person institutions meet from SouqView, and the reason more people find the app. You will build partnerships with universities, banks and programmes, and run the campaigns and community that grow our users.
What you will do
- Open and grow partnerships with universities, banks, market institutions and government programmes.
- Make full use of the ecosystem around SouqView, including Hub71, MZN Hub, Khalifa Fund and MBRIF, to ask for meetings, introductions and programme slots.
- Prepare proposals and meetings, and follow every lead through.
- Plan and run campaigns across social, creators and campus communities.
- Find grants, programmes and events worth joining, and get SouqView in.
- Measure what works and do more of it.
What you will bring
- Several years across partnerships, business development or growth marketing, with results you can show.
- A solid grasp of how financial markets work, and strong financial literacy.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Experience running campaigns and measuring what they returned.
- Daily, confident use of AI tools, with an eye on cost.
- Comfort representing a young company in rooms with large institutions.
- Your own UAE freelance visa or freelance licence.
Nice to have
A network in UAE education, banking or government. Experience working with creators.
Compensation
A monthly stipend, equity in SouqView with the terms set out in your offer, and commission on the new partnerships you bring in. We review the stipend when SouqView raises funding.
How we work
Remote-first for people living in the UAE, with on-site days in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Al Ain when the work needs it. Every role works directly with the founder and gets the AI tools it needs from day one.
Hiring process
- 1. Apply: 15 to 20 minutes, with your CV, in English or Arabic
- 2. The simulation: 75 min, built from real situations
- 3. Practical task: Up to half a day, on a sample brief
- 4. Interview with the founder
